Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
